BEERS London is a cutting-edge contemporary art gallery based in Central London within walking distance from St. Paul’s, Barbican, and Farringdon Stations.
The gallery, which relocated in April 2021 from its former home near Old Street Roundabout, welcomes a restrained interior design that resulted in a close working relationship with the client.
The fit-out comprises a flexible display area combined with an ancillary office and an accessible WC.
A traditional white cube approach was employed for the finishes, with concealed doors and dropped ceilings.
Strip LED lighting and hardwood flooring were installed at a 45-degree angle in order to create an element of movement in the interior space.
A full-height glazed pivot door along with varying ceiling heights help to promote connections between the office and reception area while allowing the free flow of light to emanate throughout.
The gallery is fully accessible with a bespoke reception desk designed to accommodate all visitors.
